dead fly in Johnson's baby lotion

Discovered this dead fly in my Johnson's baby lotion during my trip to China. Lotion was purchased in Malaysia. My guess is, the fly must have fallen into the bottle during production stage in the factory. God knows how many bottles of lotions were being "polluted". Dead fly has been removed immediately upon discovery of course. However lotion I am still using,. No side effect till now, no harm done.
